The patented precision tracks are designed by Guy Micheletti – making for a new concept in tracking! Back in early 2000s, Guy was frustrated with dolly tracks that had cross pieces. He came up with his design of incorporating geometric shapes to give the dolly/crane tracks a stable and strong foundation without the need for cross pieces.
The beauty of these tracks is the freedom of creativity. Therefore, you can use the tracks in multitude of widths, benefiting the actor walking down the middle without a thought of having to step over cross pieces. It also makes for easy pushing, smoother ride (due to less joiners) and lightweight.
Our tracks can be used both with either crane or dolly. Standard sizes of 6 meters (20 feet), 3 meters (10 feet) or 1.5 meters (5 feet) lengths…sizes in between are also available.
